Hall street Halifax :

This was one of our first projects. The client was experiencing water leaks in the building, and after conducting a drone survey, we identified several issues: a broken slate, an unsealed boiler flue, non-sealed electrical cables at their exit points, and a blocked gutter.

Gibbet Street Halifax :

On this project, we inspected a flat-roofed building that was experiencing leaks and water pooling after rainfall. Using our drone survey, we quickly identified poor drainage points on the roof that were causing water to collect and seep inside. Our findings allowed the client to address the drainage issues before they caused further damage.

Oldham Athletic football ground :

This project took place at Oldham Athletic’s stadium in Manchester. Following the installation of new promotional banners as part of a marketing campaign, we were commissioned to capture high-quality aerial imagery of the stadium. These aerial shots were produced specifically for use by the club’s media and marketing team.

We work closely with other property maintenance companies that manage buildings such as offices and commercial properties. Our drone surveys help identify leaks and roof damage that cannot be seen from ground level. We also work with private homeowners and landlords, providing accurate roof inspections to detect and diagnose roofing issues quickly and safely.
